It gives me great pleasure to welcome delegates of the 15th UICC International Reach to Recovery Breast Cancer Support Conference to Brisbane.

We are a youthful, ambitious and progressive city - a perfect host city for the Reach to Recovery conference.

I look forward to holding the key conference dinner in Brisbane’s beautiful, heritage-listed City Hall.

Adjacent to the conference venue, the bustling precinct of South Bank is famed for its stunning bougainvillea walkway and unique inner city beach.

The iconic Story Bridge is a key artery linking the city and Kangaroo Point, and the glorious Mount Cootha offers a stunning city outlook.
